EliteShower Limited Warranty

EliteShower hereby warrants its residential shower systems, valves, controls and accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.

EliteShower hereby warrants it’s residential digital shower valve, is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years.

Important: Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper or negligent installation or use and are only offered to the original owner. These warranties do not cover repairs attempted by any person other than an authorized EliteShower agent and shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts by EliteShower or its authorized agent.

Freight: Within the first twenty-four (24) months and with prior company approval, EliteShower will pay all freight charges on items covered under our warranty. Thereafter and with prior company approval, the customer is required to ship freight prepaid to EliteShower factory and EliteShower will then ship freight prepaid back to customer.

To obtain warranty repair or replacement, customer must contact EliteShower at: 800-555-6890 or Sales@EliteShower.com to receive an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization number) which must be on the carton that is returned via UPS Ground or equivalent. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt showing purchase date) identifying the model and serial number must accompany all warranty returns.

This warranty will not become effective unless registration is completed online within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and shall extend only to the original purchaser who shall have been named in the Registration of Warranty. This warranty is void if any of the following should occur:

  1. If the product is used for anything other than a residential steambath installation or used in a commercial application.
  2. If the serial number has been altered or removed.
  3. If the product is modified in any manner which EliteShower concludes, after inspection, affects the reliability of the product.
  4. If the product has been repaired or serviced by anyone not specifically designated or authorized by EliteShower.
  5. If the product is damaged because it is not operated or installed in accordance with supplied instructions.
  6. If the product is installed outdoors, in a moist, humid area, or in any area where parts may freeze or corrode.
  7. If the product is damaged by acts of God, such as flooding, lightning/electrical storms, etc.

 

The sole responsibility of EliteShower under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of the product or replacement thereof, including parts, in the sole discretion of EliteShower. The consumer’s sole remedy shall be such repair or replacement as is expressly provided herein, and under no circumstances shall EliteShower be liable for any loss or damage, be it direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE OF PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF, AND NEITHER STEAMIST NOR ITS DEALERS ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ANY PERSON TO ASSUME FOR ANY OF THEM ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH SAID EQUIPMENT.

Returns and Exchanges

EliteShower will accept returns for unused products within 30 days from the time that the order was placed and shipped from EliteShower.

When a product is returned within 30 days of the original ship date you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and fees.

All returned products must be new/unused, must be in their original, unopened packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
